Any dispute as to the adjustment of the Guaranteed Maximum Price, if any, of the Construction Change Directive or timing of payment shall be resolved pursuant to the Payment and Claims and Disputes provisions herein.
The District may, as provided by law, by Construction Change Directive and without invalidating the Contract, order changes in the Work consisting of additions, deletions, or other revisions.
These changes shall be effected by written Change Order, Construction Change Directive, or by Architect’s response(s) to RFI(s), or by Architect’s Supplemental Instructions (“ASI”).
