Construction Activities definition

Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.
Construction Activities. The physical activities associated with the construction of any on-site structure or civil site works including, but not limited to, the clearing, grubbing, grading, staging, installation, erection and placement of the Bid Facility, Energy Storage Component and electrical interconnection, as well as start-up and commissioning of the Bid Facility.
Construction Activities means the following activities: commercial and residential construction, flood control construction, and highway construction, as defined in Section 0. These activities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

More Definitions of Construction Activities

Construction Activities shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
Construction Activities means any actions undertaken in the designing or building of sewage treatment works projects, stormwater treatment projects, or nonpoint source projects. Construction activities include, but are not limited to, all of the following:
Construction Activities means any site preparation, assembly, erection, substantial repair, alteration, demolition, or similar action for or within private rights-of-way, structures, utilities, or similar property.
Construction Activities means any activities at a port or intermodal rail yard that is preparatory to or involved with the building, alteration, rehabilitation, demolition, or improvement of property, including, but not limited to, the following activities; grading excavation, loading, crushing, cutting, planning, shaping, or ground breaking.
Construction Activities means any and all activity incidental to the erection, demolition, assembling, altering, installing or equipping of buildings, structures, roads or appurtenances thereto, including land clearing, grading, excavating and filling.
Construction Activities refers to activities necessary for the construction of the Use Development Requirements to the Property evidenced by the required issuance of a city building permit equal to at least $1,500,000.
Construction Activities means the grading, demolition, alteration, repair, remodeling or other improvements of existing or new structures, or property which require any City permit, and the use of powered equipment in connection with such activities.
