Approvals definition

Approvals means all licenses, permits, approvals, certificates and other authorizations granted or issued by any Governmental Authority for the matter or item in question.

• The Purchaser is not required to obtain any consent, waiver, authorization or order of, give any notice to, or make any filing or registration with, any court or other federal, state, local or other governmental authority or other Person in connection with the execution, delivery and performance by the Purchaser of the Transaction Documents and the transactions contemplated thereby (including the purchase of the Securities), other than the Regulatory Approvals.

• Subject to the Required Approvals and the Stockholder Approvals, the issuance and sale of the Securities hereunder does not contravene the rules and regulations of the Trading Market.

More Definitions of Approvals

Approvals means all consents, licenses and approval of any local, municipal, State or National Authority necessary to carry out the services for each and every phase of the Project.
