Project Approvals definition

Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

Project Approvals shall have that meaning set forth in Recitals A through F of this Agreement.

Project Approvals means the Existing Approvals and all Subsequent Approvals.

Examples of Project Approvals in a sentence

• The City further agrees that the duration of the Project Approvals shall automatically be extended for the Term of this Agreement.

• The City agrees that it is bound to permit the uses, intensity of use and density on this Property which are permitted by this Agreement and the Project Approvals, insofar as this Agreement and the Project Approvals so provide or as otherwise set forth in the Applicable Rules or the Reserved Powers.

• A substantial change to the entitlements allowed under the Project Approvals that would require subsequent Discretionary Action(s) include: a net increase in the amount of Project square footage, building heights and/or expansion of building footprints, other than those changes permitted by the Land Use Equivalency Program (collectively referred to as “Substantial Project Changes”).

• Pursuant to California Government Code Sections 66452.6(a), and any other applicable provision of the Subdivision Map Act, the City agrees that the duration of the Vesting Tentative Tract Map and any new tract map or subdivision approval which is consistent with the Project Approvals, shall automatically be extended for the Term of this Agreement.

• Developer agrees that it will use commercially reasonable efforts, in accordance with its own business judgment and taking into account market conditions and economic considerations, to undertake development of the Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the Applicable Rules and the Project Approvals.

More Definitions of Project Approvals

Project Approvals means the approvals, certifications or actions listed on Exhibit B and any Subsequent Approvals, including all Conditions of Approval.

Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorization, permits and licenses required under applicable Legal Requirements or under the terms of any restriction, covenant or easement affecting the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction and equipping, use and operation of the Project and the Improvements, whether obtained from a Governmental Authority or any other Person.

Project Approvals means (1) Ordinance No. <insert ordinance # here> approving the Planned Development Zone and this Agreement; (2) Resolution No. <insert resolution # here>, adopting the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program;(3) Development Review No. 14-0004599.

Project Approvals means, collectively, the Project's Existing Approvals and the Subsequent Approvals.

Project Approvals means the project approvals listed in Exhibit C.

Project Approvals means (1) Ordinance No. xxxx approving the Planned Development Zone and this Agreement; (2) Resolution No. XXX approving the Development Review, Tentative Tract Map No. 74896 and an amendment to the Burbank Center Plan land use designation from Mixed Commercial/Office/Industrial to Mixed Commercial/Office/Residential and to change the subarea land use designation of the Project site from City Center West/RITC Corridor to City Center West/East Side (and portions of west side) of Victory Blvd., and south side of Burbank Blvd.; (3) Resolution No. xxxx, certifying the EIR and adopting findings, a Statement of Overriding Consideration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; (4) other applications, approvals and entitlements relating to the development of the Project and the Project Site prior to the Effective Date; and (5) the Conditions of Approval..
