SRSE Training Premium. An employee who is enrolled in the SRSE training program and who has successfully been qualified on the “Rods” or “Loops” phase of the program and continues to successfully meet the training objectives shall receive a premium of 5% of the employee’s base salary, prorated over each pay period. An employee who is enrolled in the SRSE training program and who has successfully been qualified on both the “Rods” and “Loops” phase of the program and continues to successfully meet the training objectives shall receive a premium of 10% of the employee’s base salary, prorated over each pay period.   • Training Premium Qualified Operators selected by the Employer to train new Operators shall be paid a training premium of 40¢ per hour while engaged in training work.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Training Costs All costs and expenses incurred by the Contractor in training as is required under Article 22 of the Contract.

  • Safety Boot Allowance ‌ Effective January 1, 2022, except for temporary and probationary employees, the Employer agrees to pay one hundred and eighty-five dollars ($185.00) in January of each year towards the cost of safety boots for each full time employee requiring them and one hundred ($100.00) dollars for each part time employee requiring them under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and/or by the Employer, provided the Employee is not eligible for safety footwear through the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.

  • Bilingual Premium The appointing authority may require a qualified employee to perform bilingual duties in positions which have been identified and designated as requiring such bilingual skills. In order to ensure an adequate level of bilingual proficiency, the Director, Department of Human Resources may require periodic evaluation of incumbents receiving bilingual premium.

  • First Aid Premium First Aid Premiums shall apply when an employee is assigned by the Employer to be a First Aid Attendant on a job site and shall be paid as follows: Level II - $1.00 per hour. Level III - $2.00 per hour.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.
