The purpose of the conference is to educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals about the paradigm shift to prophylactic treatment, and the how we all are “Stronger Together” (which will be the theme for the conference). There will be no promotion of products during the conference. Around 130 delegates are expected from Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. HAE Scandinavia are currently working on the agenda that will include lectures from both health care professionals, HAE Scandinavia, HAEi, and external speaker(s). CSL Behring will support this important project. CSL Behring will also be given the opportunity to have a booth (small stand/coffee table with rollup) at the conference to share information and materials approved for patients and will be recognized as a meeting sponsor with logo available on the conference website, the conference program and on the conference bags (tote bag). HAE Scandinavia will develop an App för Young People Living with HAE in Scandinavia to accommodate, engage, and motivate xxxxx XXX patients (and their friends/care givers) from all three Scandinavian countries. This creative app should allow young people to always find relevant information about their disorder and address practical information regarding HAE for various daily life situations. The app will be built to cater for both blog posts, podcasts, links, competitions, tips and ideas, and many other ways to communicate with this very important audience. With this project HAE Scandinavia hopes to, even further, integrate, accommodate, energize, and motivate youngsters from all three Scandinavian countries.

The Beneficiary must certify that the information provided in the request for payment of the balance is full, reliable and true. It must also certify that the costs and expenditures incurred can be considered eligible in accordance with the Agreement and that the request for payment is substantiated by adequate supporting documents that can be produced in the context of checks or audits. Konečná výše grantu závisí na rozsahu, v jakém byl projekt proveden v souladu s podmínkami smlouvy. The final amount of the grant depends on the extent to which the project has been implemented in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. Platbou doplatku se proplácí či hradí zbývající část způsobilých výdajů, které příjemci vznikly v souvislosti s prováděním projektu. DZS určí splatnou částku jako doplatek odečtením celkové částky záloh již vyplacených od konečné výše grantu. The payment of the balance reimburses or covers the remaining part of the eligible expenditures incurred by the Beneficiary for the implementation of the project. DZS determines the amount due as the balance by deducting the total amount of pre-financing already made from the final amount of the grant. Je-li celková výše doposud provedených plateb vyšší nežli konečná výše grantu, probíhá výplata doplatku formou vratky. Je-li celková částka dřívějších záloh nižší než konečná výše grantu, musí DZS vyplatit doplatek do 30 kalendářních dnů od dne schválení závěrečné zprávy. If the total amount of earlier payments is lower than the final amount of the grant, DZS must pay the balance within 30 calendar days...

If 100% of payments have been made at the time of cancellation due to an Impossibility then 100% of payments will be credited to the replacement event that would take place 26th Oct – 02nd Nov 2023 at the same rates. The amount of credit will be based on the date Hotel receives notice of cancellation and payment of damages as set forth above. This credit may be applied only to a Group Event generating a minimum of USD **** in sleeping room revenue, and is based upon date and rate availability at the Hotel. Any unused credit will be retained by the Hotel. If the replacement meeting is cancelled, Group will pay cancellation damages pursuant to the applicable agreement and the credit provided in this paragraph will be retained by Hotel.
