Mobile Money. If we approve Mobile Money for your accounts, your accounts can be accessed using Mobile Money via mobile device or other approved access device(s). Mobile Money will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. Access to Mobile Money requires FAST Virtual Branch enrollment. At the present time, you may use Mobile Money to: ❖ Transfer funds from your share and share draft accounts. ❖ Obtain balance information for your share and share draft accounts. ❖ Make loan payments from your share, share draft, and loan accounts. ❖ Access your Overdraft Loan. ❖ Determine if a particular item has cleared. ❖ See the Transfer Limitations section. ❖ Access Bill Pay The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account (unless overdraft privilege has been elected). All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. The Credit Union may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. There may be limits on the duration of each access. The Credit Union may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. The Credit Union may impose a service fee as set forth in the Credit Union’s Fee Schedule. Additionally, consult with your mobile device service provider regarding any fees and charges that may be imposed by the provider. The following limitations on the frequency and amount of Mobile Money transactions may apply: ❖ There is no limit to the number of inquiries you may make in any one (1) day. ❖ See the Transfer Limitations section.

Mobile Money. You must be approved for OASIS Online Banking in order to access Mobile Money and you must accept the separate Mobile Money disclosure agreement. If we approve Mobile Money for your accounts, the same logon ID and password used for OASIS Online Banking will be used for Mobile Money. You must use your password along with your logon ID to access your accounts. At the present time, you may use Mobile Money to: - Transfer funds from your share, share draft, Regular Money Market, and Vacation Club accounts. - Obtain balance and history information for your share, share draft, loan, XXX, Regular Money Market, Premium Money Market, Vacation Club, Certificate, and Christmas Club accounts. - Make loan payments from your share, share draft, Regular Money Market, and Vacation Club accounts. - Deposit checks remotely using SnapDeposit. (Separate disclosure required). - Person-to-Person payments using PayPal. (Separate disclosure required). - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Mobile Money. Mobile Money is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information, make payments to merchants who have previously consented to accept payments through CU@round and make such other transactions as described in the CU@round Service Agreement using compat- ible and supported mobile phones and wireless devices (“Wire- less Device”). You agree and understand that Mobile Money may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming. The services that you may access through Mobile Money are the same account and service transactions available through CU@round. When you reg- ister for Mobile Money, the designated accounts and bill payment payees linked to the account through CU@round will be accessi- ble through Mobile Money.

  • Mobile Phones The Company’s expectations in relation to the use of Company provided mobile phones are outlined in Company policy HR-P13. If an Employee is provided with a mobile phone by the Company, the Employee shall be liable for the cost of excessive private telephone calls. Employees agree to make themselves contactable via their personal mobile phone to receive instructions from their supervisors, with the Company reimbursing Employees the cost of any such telephone calls. It is not a condition of employment to own a mobile phone. No Employee shall be engaged in private telephone conversations whilst at work with the exception of designated breaks and in emergency situations. The Company will not be liable for the repair or replacement of personal mobile phones.

  • Crime Insurance Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract Crime Insurance on a “loss sustained form” or “loss discovered form,” and coverage must include the following:  The policy must allow for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give rise to future claims.  The policy must include an extended reporting period of no less than one (1) year with respect to events which occurred but were not reported during the term of the policy.  Any warranties required by the Contractor’s insurer as a result of this Contract must be disclosed and complied with.
