Virtual Branch. If we approve Virtual Branch for your accounts, a separate personal identification number (PIN) will be assigned to you. You must use your personal identification number (PIN) along with your account number to access your accounts. At the present time, you may use Virtual Branch to: • Transfer funds from your share and share draft accounts. • Obtain balance information for your share, share draft, loan, Club, and certificate accounts. • Make loan payments from your share and share draft accounts. • Determine if a particular item has cleared. • Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. • Make xxxx payments to preauthorized creditors. Your accounts can be accessed under Virtual Branch via personal computer. Virtual Branch will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction, and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Virtual Branch transactions may apply: • There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. • See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

Virtual Branch. You may reach the Virtual Branch at xxxx://xxx.XxxxxXxxxXXX.xxx You can use Virtual Branch 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Pre Scheduled Transfers between share/savings, draft/checking and loan accounts are processed Monday through Friday at approx. 11:00am., although some or all of the Virtual Branch services may not be available occasionally due to emergency or scheduled system maintenance. The use of your Logon ID is required to access Virtual Branch. You can perform the following transactions on all account(s) to which you are authorized and have been given access to:
Virtual Branch. We offer a Home Banking service that you may access from a personal computer that has Internet access. You will need your assigned password and member number or user name to access your accounts, as instructed when you log on. You may use this service for the following: • Withdraw funds from your savings, checking and club accounts; • Make transfers between your savings, checking and club accounts; • Obtain balance information on your savings, checking, club and loan accounts; • Make payments on your Credit Union loans from your savings, checking and club accounts; • Verify whether a check or other item has cleared your account; • Obtain tax information on amounts earned on applicable accounts; • Obtain information on interest paid on loan accounts; • Change your password; • Receive account statements and notices regarding your accounts on-line or via e-mail; • Order checks; • View images of cleared checks; • Update your personal contact information; • Send secure e-mails to us; • Access or utilize other services that we may make available to you from time to time. Our Home Banking service will be available to you 24 hours a day, but may be interrupted for a short period of time each day for data processing. Security protocols will be in place, such as electronic lock-out if there are numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction, and limits on the duration of access. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager. In no event shall Licensee assume any liability for third party’s compliance with the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, nor shall the Non-Disclosure Agreement create or impose any liabilities on the State or Licensee. Any third party with whom a Licensee has a relationship for a state function or business operation, shall have the temporary right to use Product (e.g., JAVA Applets), provided that such use shall be limited to the time period during which the third party is using the Product for the function or business activity.
