Christmas Club Accounts. The Credit Union offers club plan account(s) to help you save for Christmas, vacations or other purposes. At the end of the club account period, you authorize the Credit Union to pay the balance into your account by depositing the balance into your primary savings account.

Christmas Club Accounts. A transfer out of or a check withdrawal from a Christmas Club account will be charged an early withdrawal fee of $5 per transaction.
Christmas Club Accounts. Deposits. A Christmas Club Account is established by you designating the appropriate option on the Membership Application and Agreement or, if it is established after your Savings Account is opened, by completing an Application to Add Account. After you have established your Christmas Club Account, you may make additional deposits into that account at any time and in any amount. We may establish minimum amounts for deposits in this Account from time to time.
Christmas Club Accounts. The balance of your Christmas Club will be distributed to your checking account annually on the last day of October. If you have not established a checking account, the transfer will be made to your Regular Share Account. As an alternative, you Christmas Club may be set-up to renew, in which case, there will be no automatic distribution. You must notify the Credit Union if you would like the account to automatically renew.

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) is a tax-exempt trust or custodial account established exclusively for the purpose of paying qualified medical expenses of the member who is covered under a high deductible health plan. The member must be covered under the HSA plan for the months in which contributions are made. HIGH DEDUCTIBLE HEALTH PLAN (HDHP) is a health plan that satisfies certain requirements with respect to deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses. The plan cannot provide payment for any covered healthcare service until the plan year deductible is satisfied, with the exception of preventive care services. HOSPITAL means a facility: • that provides medical and surgical care for patients who have acute illnesses or injuries; and • is either listed as a hospital by the American Hospital Association (AHA) or accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

  • Flexible Spending Accounts Employees in the unit shall have access to the County’s flexible spending account program, which provides employees with the options of dependent care assistance benefits with a calendar year maximum of $5,000, and medical expense reimbursement benefits with a calendar year maximum of $2,400. The County shall maintain this plan in compliance with IRC §125. Employee premiums for flexible spending account benefits shall be deducted on a pre-tax basis from employee pay.

  • Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan The Hospital also agrees to make the Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan (HOOVLIP) available to the nurses subject to the provisions of HOOVLIP at no cost to the Hospital.
