Kitchen Equipment. Renters may use all items in the kitchen; please clean and return to original location of all items used. Heat and Hot Water – Renters are not to touch any temperatures settings in the Community Center. NO DECORATIONS ARE TO BE HUNG FROM THE WALLS, CEILINGS, LIGHTS OR FIXTURES AT ANY TIME. CLEAN-UP ALL GARBAGE MUST BE REMOVED WHEN YOU LEAVE. ALL FLOORS MUST BE SWEPT. CLEAN UP ALL SPILLS IMMEDIATELY. ALL TABLES AND CHAIRS ARE TO BE PLACED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PLACES BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Kitchen Equipment. 1. Provide 15 linear feet of plastic laminate faced kitchen cabinets comprised of 24 inch deep base cabinets and 12 inch deep, 30 inch high wall cabinets. Wall cabinets shall be set 30 inches over the counter. Provide post-formed plastic laminate counter top. Provide refrigerator, disposal, dishwasher and undercounter ice maker within the 15 feet. Design shall be ADA compliant.
Kitchen Equipment. It is a requirement of this Insurance that where cooking equipment is used at the Business Premises 1 all cooking equipment is operated and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions 2 all cooking equipment is not left unattended whilst the heat source is operating and the power or fuel supply to such equipment is shut off outside working hours 3 all fat frying ranges are equipped with cooking thermostats arranged to prevent the temperature of fat rising above 205 degrees centigrade or the manufacturer’s recommended temperature and such thermostats are serviced at least once in every 12 month period 4 all cooking equipment hoods grease traps filters and other grease removal devices are cleaned at least monthly 5 all extract ducting is inspected and cleaned at least annually by professional contractors with a report issued and kept available for inspection 6 a minimum of one Class F fire extinguisher conforming to BS7937 and a fire blanket conforming to BS EN 1869 is located in each cooking area. Failure to comply with any of these requirements may result in Us not paying Your Property Damage claim. Kitchen Equipment. This Lease includes the ability for the Tenant to use the kitchen equipment and all dining room furnishings in the Restaurant (all of which is called the "Equipment"), which items are listed on the inventory attached to this Lease as Schedule "A". The Tenant shall pay to the District, within seven (7) days of receiving an invoice from the District, the full cost of any fees or lease amounts owed by the District for leased or rented equipment required to Tenant the restaurant.
Kitchen Equipment. The Concessionaire shall provide and install all kitchen and food and drink equipment not already provided by the Town of Nantucket. Within sixty (60) days of signing the lease, a walkthrough of the facility with the Concessionaire and Town of Nantucket (through the Department of Public Works) to confirm a List of Ownership, Exhibit F, of equipment on site. This List shall be updated, as required, and signed by both parties. Any purchase of equipment by the Concessionaire from previous Concessionaire would be a private agreement and not part of the Lease agreement for the facilities. Concessionaire is responsible for maintenance and replacement and removal of his/her own equipment. Any equipment affixed permanently to the premises shall immediately become the property of the Town of Nantucket subject only to the Concessionaire’s right to use such equipment during the term hereof. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Concessionaire to remove one’s own equipment installed in the Premises prior to the expiration of this Lease agreement and to repair any damages resulting from such removal. Any such equipment remaining after the expiration of this Lease agreement shall, at the option of the Town, either become the property of the Town or be removed and disposed of by the Town at the expense of the Concessionaire. The Concessionaire is responsible for preventive maintenance for the equipment provided by the Town. In addition, the Concessionaire agrees to perform annual maintenance prior to closing the building each fall. A schedule of the minimum annual maintenance requirements is attached hereto and incorporated herein, marked Lease agreement Exhibit G.
