Furniture. During the Term, at no charge to Subtenant, Subtenant shall be permitted to use the existing modular and office furniture and cabling located in the Subleased Premises and described in more particular detail in Exhibit C attached hereto (the “Furniture”). The Furniture consists of all of the furniture located on the first (1st) floor and the Second Floor; Subtenant will have the right, at Subtenant’s cost, to relocate items of Furniture between the first (1st) floor and the Second Floor, but, in accordance with Section 5.2 above, Subtenant will not have the right to use any Furniture while it is located on the Second Floor. Subtenant shall accept the Furniture in its current condition without any warranty of fitness from Sublandlord (Subtenant expressly acknowledges that no warranty is made by Sublandlord with respect to the condition of any cabling currently located in or serving the Subleased Premises); for purposes of documenting the current condition of the Furniture, Subtenant and Sublandlord shall, prior to the Commencement Date, conduct a joint walk-through of the Subleased Premises in order to inventory items of damage or disrepair in the Furniture. Provided Subtenant is not in default hereunder as of the expiration of the Term, Sublandlord shall transfer ownership of the Furniture to Subtenant for a purchase price equal to $10.00. Sublandlord shall deliver a xxxx of sale to Subtenant, transferring ownership of all of the Furniture to Subtenant effective as of the Expiration Date, and Subtenant shall be solely responsible for the timely removal of the Furniture from the Subleased Premises and, the Second Floor in accordance with the provisions of the Master Sublease.

Furniture. Misuse of University property, including possession of common area furniture in on-campus housing is prohibited and may result in a replacement charge and/or return of the property.

All items of furniture must be returned to the appropriate storage cupboards correctly as per instructions, after use. • A maintenance fee will be charged if storage instructions are not followed or items have not been put away. Please read signs in the community halls for details Cleaning: The Community Halls MUST be left in a clean and tidy when you finish your function. • All areas and surfaces are to be left clean and tidy after use. • Basic cleaning equipment is provided at the centre. • Floors are to be swept and mopped after use. • All kitchenware used must be cleaned and put away. • Tables and chairs must be wiped down and returned to storage. • All spillages must be cleaned immediately to prevent accidents or damage to the floors. • Excessive marking on floorboards could lead to the forfeiture of bond monies. • A minimum cleaning service fee $150 will be charged if left unclean. External Services You are welcome to use external services for your function at our Community Hall (i.e caterers, entertainment, jumping castles, cleaners), however you are responsible for all people accessing the Community Hall during your hire period and we strongly advise that you ensure they are aware of these guidelines. No equipment is to be used which requires pegging down on any outdoor surfaces and no external equipment is to remain in the Centre after your hire. Children supervision Children are very welcome at the at the community halls. • Children MUST be supervised at all times. • Children are not permitted to roam outside the hired area or tamper with displays and equipment in the community halls. Public Areas The Xxxxxx Close Community Centre foyer is a public area for all Centre users during business hours, walkways, toilets and doors must have clear access at all times. Building access Access to the Community Hall must be during booked times only. Alarm codes are specifically allocated to areas within the building and access is only given to areas booked. Any tampering or the incorrect setting of the Centres security will result in a security responding. • The hirer will be charged any fees incurred by the security company (currently $220). Please ensure there is no one else remaining in the Centre, such as staff or cleaners, prior to locking up and activating the alarm.
Furniture. University Housing accommodations are provided to all students as furnished accommodations. Any student who unilaterally removes University furniture will be charged full replacement value for each piece of furniture removed from their accommodation. The furniture and contents of any lounge facilities should not be removed from designated areas for any reason. In addition to any disciplinary action, student(s) found with common area furniture may be subject to fines and penalties.
Furniture. For no additional charge, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord those items of furniture and artwork situated in the Premises (the "FURNITURE") and described on the inventory list attached hereto as EXHIBIT C (the "INVENTORY LIST"). LANDLORD SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS AND/OR WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE FURNITURE. During the Term of this Lease, Tenant shall maintain and repair the Furniture as reasonably necessary, and shall insure the same along with its other personal property pursuant to ARTICLE 10 hereof. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall surrender the Furniture to Landlord in the same condition and repair as on the Lease Commencement Date, reasonable wear and tear and damage by casualty excepted.
Furniture. Unless doing so is included in the scope of the Design Professional’s services as described on the Statement of Project Details, the Owner will develop, document, and procure the furniture for the Project.
