This agreement also supports the state’s overall energy goals such as the Low Carbon Fuel Standard target for 2030 and the SB 32 target goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions 40 percent below the 1990 level by 2030.

Objectives of the Agreement: The objectives of this Agreement are as follows: • Construct a biogas cleanup/upgrading facility that can process biogas from 9 dairy digesters. • Condition the dairy biogas to create 383,640 MMBTU/year of pipeline-quality biomethane. • Deliver the biomethane to third party CNG fueling stations in the Central Valley to create an annual average of 2,466,804 DGE of ultra-low carbon vehicle fuel in California with a negative carbon intensity score of approximately -289.07 gCO2e/MJ. • Reduce greenhouse gas emissions in California by 125,885 MTCO2e per year.
Goals of the Agreement. The goal of this Agreement is to support the transition of Xxxxxx City’s entire bus fleet to a 100 percent zero emission fleet by 2028, well in advance of California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) Innovative Clean Transit (ICT) 2040 goal and zero-emission bus (ZEB) purchasing mandates. To meet their goal, Xxxxxx City has established a multi-phased project to develop a ZEB transition plan, design and build charging infrastructure, and replace their current compressed natural gas (CNG) fleet with battery electric buses starting in 2021 and achieving a 100 percent zero emission fleet by 2028.

The goal of this Agreement is to increase EV charging access for and enable greater adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) by MFH residents, especially in low-income communities (LICs) and disadvantaged communities (DACs). Objectives of the Agreement: The objectives of this Agreement are to: • Install and operate at least 254, onsite, Level 2 charging ports at multifamily properties. • Install 75% of charging ports in DACs/LICs. • Provide EV charging for at least 378 units. • Conduct outreach to encourage MFH residents to adopt EVs. • Offer site hosts affordable business models for offering EV charging on their properties.
Goals of the Agreement. The goals of the CEC and CARB Grant Agreements are to advance zero-emission Class 8 on-road technology and understanding of fleet dynamics when deploying many zero- emission trucks and supporting infrastructure. The CEC agreement will fund the construction of a hydrogen refueling station capable of providing 700-bar fuel to support the trucks and implement workforce development and training activities that will support the successful deployment of a commercial fleet of 2230 fuel cell electric Class 8 trucks in northern California that are being funded under a separate agreement from CARB. The project will eliminate the footprint of hydrogen fuel generation by producing hydrogen via onsite generation using biogas feedstock from the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD), displace 100% of greenhouse gas (GHG) and criteria pollutants associated with vehicle operations, and provide economic and public health benefits to the West Oakland disadvantaged community. Objectives of the Agreement: The objectives of the CEC and CARB Grant Agreements are to: • Introduce Hyundai Motor America as another competitive OEM into the California and U.S. zero-emission markets, which is a necessary step to reduce cost and to commercialize zero-emission Class 8 trucks. The Hyundai Xcient 6x4 Fuel Cell Tractor has shown exceptional performance in the European and Asian markets. • Operate 2230 Hyundai Xcient fuel cell electric trucks in commercial operation in northern California for a period of at least 6 years. These trucks feature competitive performance to diesel trucks with respect to total cost of ownership, operating range, available payload capacity, cargo volume, vehicle performance parameters, refueling speed, reliability, and longevity. • Demonstrate economies of scale for future fuel cell electric truck deployments. Hyundai Motor America’s fuel cell electric trucks are unilaterally and vertically integrated by Hyundai Motor America, including steel manufacturing, fuel cell design, truck integration, and final validation testing. Vertical integration is a key ebnabler of significant cost reductions and approaching diesel truck cost parity. • Build and operate a hydrogen refueling station capable of supporting a 2230- truck deployment at 700-bar pressure. The goal of this Agreement is to generate 960,000 scf/day (2.4 million DGE/yr) of new, ultra- low carbon-negative RNG for use in vehicles through partnerships with the University of California Office of the President (UCOP), Southwest Gas, and Element Markets under existing, contracted long-term offtake agreements, for a period of up to 20 years. Goals of the Agreement. To promote and provide collaborative problem solving processes and improve the overall quality of mediation services provided. A healthy mediation profession elevates the quality of services provided and spurs greater use of these services within our communities, which, in turn, promotes social change. Issues: The Conflict Resolution Center of Xxxxxxxxxx County (CRCMC) offers, and provides mediation, facilitation and other conflict resolution services without charge to individuals, organizations, government agencies, and companies regardless of the service recipient’s ability to pay. CRCMC receives unrestricted state funding to provide these services. In developing its strategic plan, CRCMC conducts a needs assessment to help determine what types of cases it will accept, where it should focus its outreach, and what partnerships need to be developed. Private practitioners as represented by the MCDR, MD ACR and the ADR Section have raised concerns about the extent to which CRCMC should be providing conflict resolution services to disputants who can pay for mediation. These private practitioners have generally have not been involved in CRCMC’s needs assessment process. After conducting its needs assessment, CRCMC imposes limitations on what types of cases it will accept when it finds that its available resources are not able to meet a need, the type of resolution required is not able to be provided with its services, or there is little to no current need. CRCMC is currently offering overlapping services with private mediators to the County’s population but does not have the statistical data to be able to determine the extent which overlap actually occurs.
