ELECTRONIC PROGRAMMING GUIDE. If the software includes access to an electronic programming guide service that displays customized television listings, a separate service agreement applies to the service. If you do not agree to the terms of the service agreement, you may continue to use the software, but you will not be able to use the electronic programming guide service. The service may contain advertising content and related data, which are received and stored by the software. The service is not available in all areas. Please consult the software information for instructions on accessing the service agreement.

ELECTRONIC PROGRAMMING GUIDE. 10.1. If Operator has or creates an EPG, or a printed programming guide for distribution to its Subscribers (a copy of which shall be sent to the Broadcaster simultaneously with mailings to Subscribers), then the programming schedule of each of the Subscribed Channel(s) shall be prominently featured in them in the order of the EPGN for each of the Subscribed Channel(s). The Operator agrees not to disadvantage any of the Subscribed Channel(s) or otherwise treat any of the Subscribed Channel(s) less favourably with respect to competing channels on a genre basis in arranging the EPGNs.

ELECTRONIC PROGRAMMING GUIDE. At least twenty-one (21) days in advance of each calendar month during the Term (including the calendar month in which the Launch Date occurs), Network will provide DISH or a third party designated by DISH (in an electronic form suitable to DISH) with a complete and accurate schedule of programming that will be included in the Service for the upcoming month. Network shall notify DISH, or its third party designee, of any changes, additions or deletions in or to the schedule as promptly as practicable. If Network fails to timely deliver or update any required information or the information does not comply with the reasonable technical requirements set out by DISH, Network shall pay to DISH the amount specified in Part A as “EPG Failure Reimbursement” for each such failure.

ELECTRONIC PROGRAMMING GUIDE. If the SOFTWARE includes access to an electronic programming guide service that displays customized television listings (the “EPG”), you agree that the terms and conditions governing your use of the EPG service are subject to a separate EPG terms of service agreement (“EPG Terms of Service Agreement”). The EPG also contains advertising content and other related EPG data, which are received and stored as data files within the SOFTWARE. If you do not agree to the EPG Terms of Service Agreement, you may continue to use the SOFTWARE, but you will not have access to the EPG. The EPG is not available in all areas. ELECTRONIC PROGRAMMING GUIDE. Grantee shall include the PEG Channels and programming information in any electronic/interactive program guide, program listings, search options, record and DVR options, navigation systems and search functions accessible through a Set Top Box and remote controls, or their successor technologies, including, but not limited to on-screen, print and on-line program guides which include Channel and program listings of any local broadcast Channels. Grantee shall bear all capital, implementation and operating costs to include the basic programming information in the programming guides for the PEG Channels, free of charge and at no cost to the Grantor. ELECTRONIC PROGRAMMING GUIDE. Recognizing that the Local Origination Channel is unique and is not subject to the federal requirements associated with the Public, Educational and Government Channels, Grantee will make available to the Grantor, at no cost to the Grantor, the ability to place detailed Local Origination Channel programming information on the interactive Channel guide by putting the Grantor in contact with the electronic programing guide vendor (“EPG provider”) that provides the guide service. Grantee shall include the Local Origination Channel and programming information in any electronic/interactive program guide, program listings, search options, record and DVR options, navigation systems and search functions accessible through a Set Top Box and remote controls, or their successor technologies, including, but not limited to on-screen, print and on-line program guides which include Channel and program listings of any local broadcast Channels.
