Both parties shall turnover all deliverables agreed thereto in the Work Immersion Program. Termination shall be subject to the mutual agreement between the parties.

Effectivity. 14.1 The Purchase Orders issued by Accenture do not require manual signatures, and are presumed to have undergone the necessary approval process. The Purchase Order constitutes a valid offer on the part of Accenture, and shall constitute a binding agreement between the Supplier and Accenture upon acceptance by Supplier.

Effectivity. Section 1. The Effective Date of this Contract shall be reckoned on the date of signing by the parties or on the date when the last party signed this Contract.
