Manual signatures. Each Master Temporary Global Note and Master Permanent Global Note, if any, will be signed manually by or on behalf of the Issuer. A Master Temporary Global Note and Master Permanent Global Note may be used provided that the person(s) whose signature(s) appear thereon were/was an authorised signatory/ies at the date of signing such Master Temporary Global Note and Master Permanent Global Note notwithstanding that any such person may, for any reason (including death), have ceased to be such authorised signatory at the time of the creation and issue of the relevant Tranche or the issue and delivery of the relevant Note.
