AND OTHER FACILITIES. The Employer shall provide adequate bulletin board space at the worksite, clearly identified for exclusive Union use. A representative of the Union will be given leave to provide to each new employee an orientation of up to (30) minutes. ARTICLE
AND OTHER FACILITIES. The Employer shall provide bulletin board space in its office and shop clearly identified for exclusive Union use. The Employer may make available to the Union and the members of the Bargaining Unit a suitable meeting room to be used from time to time for the business relating to the Bargaining Unit. Permission for this purpose shall not be unreasonably withheld. A representativeof the Union shall have the right to give each new employee an orientation of up to thirty (30) minutes and the representativeof the Union shall be given leave with pay for such purposes.   • FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MATERIALS Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities, equipment, and other materials which may be required for performing services pursuant to this Agreement. At COUNTY’s discretion, COUNTY may make equipment or facilities available to CONTRACTOR for CONTRACTOR’s use in furtherance of this Agreement only where a COUNTY Facility or Equipment exhibit is attached to this Agreement identifying the equipment or facilities to be used by CONTRACTOR’s personnel. If COUNTY funds equipment as part of this contract, COUNTY will retain Equipment.

  • Fees and Other Charges (a) The Borrower will pay a fee on all outstanding Letters of Credit at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Margin then in effect with respect to Eurodollar Loans under the Revolving Facility, shared ratably among the Revolving Lenders and payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date. In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account a fronting fee of 0.25% per annum on the undrawn and unexpired amount of each Letter of Credit, payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date.

  • TUITION AND OTHER FEES 5.1 The Training Provider may determine the tuition fee it charges to any Skills First Student for delivery of programs on the Funded Scope, unless:
