Xxxxxxxx Property definition

Xxxxxxxx Property has the meaning set forth in the Royal Gold Purchase Agreement as in effect on the Agreement Effective Date.

Xxxxxxxx Property means that portion of the real property, approximately 2.78 acres in size, which is currently owned by AFSG, and which borders Ashland Creek. The “Xxxxxxxx Property” is more specifically described in the Xxxxxxxx Property Appraisal Report in the Record as “portion to be traded”. The Xxxxxxxx Property is to be exchanged for the City Property which currently serves as access to the Dog Park, as more specifically described in the Dog Park Property Appraisal Report in the Record.

Xxxxxxxx Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.17(b).
