Assessed Property definition

Assessed Property means any Parcel within the District against which an Assessment is levied.
Assessed Property means, for any year, Parcels within the District other than Non-Benefited Property.
Assessed Property means any property on which Assessments have been imposed as shown in the Assessment Roll, as the Assessment Roll is updated each year by the Annual Service Plan Update. Assessed Property includes all Parcels assessed pursuant to the Assessment Ordinance other than Non-Benefited Property.

More Definitions of Assessed Property

Assessed Property means the property that benefits from the Authorized Improvements to be provided by the PID on which Assessments have been imposed as shown in each Assessment Roll, as each Assessment Roll is updated each year by the Annual Service Plan Update.
