Wireless Facilities means any antenna, small wireless facility, fast track, support structure, and roof and/or building mount facility used for communication purposes, and its accessory equipment including a cabinet or shelter.

Wireless Facilities. – shall mean any antenna, hardware, equipment, apparatus, device or other hardware, and cables or wires connecting such antenna to such equipment, apparatus, device or other hardware placed on the same Pole. This shall not include wires or cables used to connect to other wireless or wired communication facilities or equipment not on the same pole.
Wireless Facilities means equipment at a fixed location which enables wireless communications between user equipment and a communications network, including radio transceivers, Antennas, wires, coaxial or fiber-optic cable or other cables, regular and backup power supplies, and comparable equipment, regardless of technological configuration, and equipment associated with wireless communications. The term includes Small Wireless Facilities. The term does not include: (a) the structure or improvements on, under, within, or adjacent to the structure on which the equipment is collocated; or (b) wireline backhaul facilities; or (c) coaxial or fiber-optic cable that is between wireless structures or Utility Poles or that is otherwise not immediately adjacent to or directly associated with a particular Antenna.
Wireless Facilities means, without limitation, antennas, feedlines, transmitters, receivers, power supplies and all other equipment used or useful in connection with Licensee’s provision of wireless communications services or the transmission or reception of radio frequency signals.
