  • The SIAM Supplier shall manage and maintain and regularly review and update the Operational Governance Framework throughout the term of its Tower Services Agreement and shall in any event review and update the Operational Governance Framework and submit the document for Approval within ten (10) Working Days of a party being joined to or removed from this Agreement.

  • Any Dispute that arises under or in connection with this Agreement and/or any Dispute under a Tower Services Agreement or Supply Agreement that involves multiple Suppliers and/or impacts the other Suppliers and performance of their Services shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute resolution procedure in Part B of Schedule 3 (Governance) where applicable.

  • Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Agreement, each Supplier shall perform its obligations under this Agreement and/or the Tower Services Agreement and/or the Supply Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in those agreements (including any of its Dependencies as set out in the Service Operations Manual) and in accordance with Good Industry Practice.
