Reasonable Efforts – With respect to an action required to be attempted or taken by a Party under the Small Generator Interconnection Agreement, efforts that are timely and consistent with Good Utility Practice and are otherwise substantially equivalent to those a Party would use to protect its own interests.
Transmission Owner's Interconnection Facilities shall mean all facilities and equipment owned, controlled or operated by the Transmission Owner from the Point of Change of Ownership to the Point of Interconnection as identified in Appendix A to the Generator Interconnection Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades to such facilities and equipment.
