Tests definition

Tests means and include such test or tests to be carried out on the part of the contractor as are prescribed in the contract or considered necessary by BHEL, in order to ascertain the quality, workmanship, performance and efficiency of the contractor or part thereof.
Tests means the procedures listed in Schedule B as applied to the process described in Section 3.03.

More Definitions of Tests

Tests mean the procedures listed in Exhibit A as applied to the process described in Section 3.05.
Tests means, with respect to any Receivable, the procedures listed in Exhibit A with respect thereto.
