Superior Landlord definition

Superior Landlord means and includes people or persons to whom the ownership or interest in the Leasehold Property might revert in the fullness of time.
Superior Landlord means the person for the time being who owns the interest in the Premises which gives him the right to possession of the Premises at the end of the Landlord’s lease of the Premises.
Superior Landlord means the person company or organisation to whom ownership of the Premises reverts at the end of the lease.

  • You will be liable to provide us with a full indemnity for any costs, losses, or other expenses we may bear due to you not having the proper consent from your Superior Landlord to enter into an Occupation Agreement.

Superior Landlord shall have the meaning given such term in Section 20.2.
