Lessors definition

Lessors means a lessor under a Superior Lease.
Lessors means the respective direct owners of the Initial Hotel Properties (being (a) Bauhinia Hotels Limited, in relation to Regal Airport Hotel, (b) Cityability Limited, in relation to Regal Hongkong Hotel, (c) Ricobem Limited, in relation to Regal Kowloon Hotel, (d) Gala Hotels Limited, in relation to Regal Oriental Hotel, and
Lessors means the lessors under the Facility Leases.
