Station definition

Station means a telephone instrument consisting of a connected transmitter, receiver, and associated apparatus to permit sending or receiving telephone messages.
Station means an area served by one valve or by a set of valves that operate simultaneously.
Station means a warehouse located more than three miles from the central office of the warehouse.

More Definitions of Station

Station means the Station described in paragraph 6 of Annex 1 and includes:
Station means, at any time and with respect to the television broadcast stations of the Borrower (or, as applicable any Subsidiary of the Borrower) (a) as set forth on Schedule 1.01(b) hereto, or (b) as acquired, directly or indirectly, by a Covenant Entity after the Closing Date pursuant to a transaction permitted under the Loan Documents; provided, that any such television broadcast station that ceases to be owned, directly or indirectly, by a Covenant Entity pursuant to a transaction permitted under the Loan Documents shall, upon the consummation of such transaction, cease to be a “Station” hereunder. This definition of “Station” may be used with respect to any single television station meeting any of the preceding requirements or all such television stations, as the context requires.
Station means the station described in paragraph 5 of Schedule 1;
Station means: (a) any station in respect of which the Franchisee has entered into a Station Lease; or (b) any New Station at which the Franchisee becomes the Facility Owner;
