Standard Bidding Documents definition

Standard Bidding Documents has the meaning given to it in clause (a) of Section I of Annex A to Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Standard Bidding Documents means the format/forms approved and notified by the Authority for submission of proposals and bids by the bidders in a public procurement process; and
Standard Bidding Documents means the document titled “Major Procurement – Limited Shopping (Goods)”, the document titled “Minor Procurement – Invitation for Quotation (Goods)”, the document titled “Standard Bidding Documents For Open Competitive Bidding (Goods)” dated May 2021, the document titled “Standard Bidding Documents For Open Shopping (Goods)” dated May 2021, the document titled “Template for Annual Procurement Plan” dated May 2021, the document titled “Procurement Proposal” dated May 2021, the document titled “Standard Request for Proposals for Consulting Services (For QCBS and QBS only)” dated May 2021, the document titled “Invitation for Quotation For Limited Shopping (Works) (Below advertising threshold)” dated May 2021, the document titled “Standard Bidding Documents For Open Competitive Bidding (Works)” dated May 2021, and the document titled “Standard Bidding Documents For Open Shopping (Works)” dated May 2021, all issued by the Minister of Finance on October 20, 2021 under the Public Procurement Act 2013.

  • Closing Documents means the papers, instruments and documents required to be executed and delivered at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Seller’s Closing Documents as defined in Section 3.2(a).

  • Public Documents As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • Equity Line Transaction Documents means this Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • L/C Documents is defined in Section 3.4 hereof.

  • Debt Financing Documents means the agreements, documents and certificates contemplated by the Debt Financing.

  • Offering Documents means the Canadian Offering Documents and the U.S. Offering Documents;

  • Equity Documents means collectively the documents evidencing subscription to Equity to the extent of equity component of cost of the Project.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Solicitation Documents means the bid solicitation documents or any other documents for solicitation of offers proposals or quotations;

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between the Target or its Affiliates and Holdings or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Disclosure Statement Approval Order means the Final Order approving, among other things, the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Supporting Documents means all documents and information reasonably requested by the Bank in connection with the opening and operation of any Account, the execution of any Transaction and the provision of any Related Service, including:

  • Transaction Agreements means the Securities Purchase Agreement, the Debentures, the Joint Escrow Instructions, the Security Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement, and the Warrants and includes all ancillary documents referred to in those agreements.

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.

  • Ruling Documents means the Ruling and the Ruling Request.

  • Permitted Acquisition Documents means with respect to any acquisition proposed by the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor, final copies or substantially final drafts if not executed at the required time of delivery of the purchase agreement, sale agreement, merger agreement or other agreement evidencing such acquisition, including, without limitation, all legal opinions and each other document executed, delivered, contemplated by or prepared in connection therewith and any amendment, modification or supplement to any of the foregoing.
