Examples of Special Units in a sentence
Any Director elected by the vote or written consent of the Special Unitholder, voting or consenting separately as a class, may be removed from office at any time, without cause, solely by the affirmative vote or written consent of the holders of at least sixty-six and two-thirds percent (66 2/3%) of the voting power of the Outstanding Special Units, voting or consenting separately as a class.
Special Stock shall be deemed for all purposes to represent an equal number of Special Units and (c) each holder of MIC Corp.
