LP Units definition

LP Units means the non-voting limited partnership units in the capital of BEP, other than the Preferred Units, including any LP Units issued pursuant to the Redemption-Exchange Mechanism.
LP Units means the ordinary limited partner units of the Partnership. “Management” means senior management of BPI.
LP Units means the Common Units and the Preferred Units.

Examples of LP Units in a sentence

  • Total Units outstanding include Trust Units and LP Units, including Units classified as liabilities.

  • Holders of the Class B LP Units are entitled to receive distributions when declared by the Partnership equal to the per Unit amount of distributions payable on the Units.
