Southern Portion definition

Southern Portion means those portions of the Site excluding the Northwest Corner, the Shoreline Area, and the Northern Remainder. The Southern Portion is depicted on Exhibit A.
Southern Portion means the southern system of the PDCI as separated by the NOB extending through the D-C Transmission Facilities, as that term is defined in Article 3(a) of the City-Burbank Pacific Intertie D‘C Transmission Facilities Agreement, the City-Glendale Pacific Intertie D-C Transmission Facilities Agreement and the City-Pasadena Pacific Intertie D­ C Transmission Facilities Agreement and in Article 3(b) of the City-Edison Pacific Intertie D'C Transmission Facilities Agreement,
