For purposes of Section 5, any reference to Excluded Assets shall be deemed to include Sold Assets.
All benefits and obligations of any kind or nature whatsoever (including all rentals, all taxes, except income taxes, and other payments and obligations, contractual and otherwise), and receivable or received in respect of the Sold Assets hereby assigned, including administration, maintenance, development and operating costs and the proceeds from the sale of production from the Lands, shall be apportioned between the Vendor and the Purchaser as of the Effective Date.
