Shippers definition

Shippers means the party or parties who agrees with Carrier for transportation of Petroleum.
Shippers means, at any time, the Persons which have entered into Service Agreements with Company which are then in effect; and “Shipper” shall mean one of such Persons.
Shippers means each Person that (a) has entered into a Gas Transportation Service Agreement with the Company or its designee (or, if applicable, a Precedent Agreement relating thereto) to provide transportation of natural gas through a Facility and (b) meets the criteria for creditworthiness determined by the Management Committee governing matters with respect to such Facility.

  • Developer will not, and will ensure that Shippers and Hosting Providers do not, use the Interfaces or use or access the UPS Systems or UPS APIs in any way which, in UPS’s reasonable judgment, adversely affects the performance or function of the UPS Systems or UPS APIs, interferes with the ability of authorized Persons to access the UPS Systems or UPS APIs, or constitutes an act of unfair competition in violation of Applicable Law.

  • Developer may make an Application incorporating or linking to an Interface available to Shippers (“Distributed Applications”), provided that Developer may only permit Shippers to use the Interface of a Distributed Application to initiate API Requests after UPS has assigned Shipper Security Elements to such Shipper, consistent with the requirements set forth in Section 2(c)(iii) (Use of Security Elements).

Shippers. Export Declaration’ means the export in- formation filed under chapter 9 of title 13, United States Code, as described in part 30 of title 15, Code of Federal Regulations.
