Shipper Agreement definition

Shipper Agreement means in relation to a Shipper, the IUK Access Agreement to which such Shipper is party, the IUK Access Code and any Capacity Transactions under such IUK Access Agreement;
Shipper Agreement means in relation to a Shipper, the Interconnector Access Agreement to which such Shipper is party, the Interconnector Access Code and any Capacity Transactions under such Interconnector Access Agreement;
Shipper Agreement means in relation to a Shipper, the IAA to which such Shipper is party, the IAC and any Capacity Transactions under such IAA;

  • However, a Shipper’s Base Shipment Percentage or its allocation may be transferred as an incident of the bona fide assignment of a Shipper Agreement or a material portion of the assets of a Shipper relating to a Shipper Agreement or to a successor to the Shipper’s business by the operation of Law, such as an executor or trustee in bankruptcy.
