Review form definition

Review form. Means the form prescribed by the ABF/WBF for the lodging of a review against the tournament director’s decision at a Zonal Bridge Championship.
Review form means the form(s) required to be completed annually by the Sub-Branch in accordance with clause 18 of this Code;

  • Review Materials means, for an Asset Review and a Subject Receivable, the documents and other materials for each Test listed under “Review Materials” in Schedule A.

  • Opt-Out Form means the form through which Eligible Employees may note their decision to opt out of participation in the Program.
