Claims Administrator definition

Claims Administrator means the firm proposed by Class Counsel and appointed by the Courts to administer the Settlement Amount in accordance with the provisions of this Settlement Agreement and the Distribution Protocol, and any employees of such firm.
Claims Administrator means the firm of Gilardi & Co. LLC.
Claims Administrator means the firm retained by Lead Counsel, subject to approval of the Court, to provide all notices approved by the Court to potential Class Members and to administer the Settlement.
