Report on Title definition

Report on Title means any report on title on the Mortgaged Property addressed and provided at the request of the Security Agent before the date of this Deed or, in the case of any Mortgaged Property acquired after the date of this Deed, its date of acquisition.
Report on Title means a report on title given by counsel to an Additional Obligor, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 16 (Form of Report on Title).
Report on Title means each report on each relevant Property prepared by Our instructed solicitors.

More Definitions of Report on Title

Report on Title means, in respect of any Property, each certificate on title supplied to the Facility Agent under this Agreement on or before the date of the relevant Security Document which creates security over that Property.
Report on Title means the Solicitors' report on title in respect of a Mortgaged Property addressed to the Borrower.
