Survey Report definition

Survey Report means a report of the results of a Survey, containing the information set out in clause 12.4 and Schedule 6.
Survey Report means the report containing initial information regarding the Project and other details provided as per the provisions of Clause 1.6.2.1.1 of this RFP;
Survey Report means any report, or any summary of such a report, prepared by a representative of the board that contains information from an on-site review of a program or proposed program.
