Examples of Rents in a sentence
So long as no Default (hereinafter defined) has occurred and is continuing, Grantor shall have a license (which license shall terminate automatically and without further notice upon the occurrence of a Default) to collect, but not prior to accrual, the Rents under the Leases and, where applicable, subleases, such Rents to be held in trust for Holder, and to otherwise deal with all Leases as permitted by this County Deed of Trust.
Each month, provided no Default has occurred and is continuing, Grantor may retain such Rents as were collected that month and held in trust for Holder; provided, however, that all Rents collected by Grantor shall be applied solely to the ordinary and necessary expenses of owning and operating the Property, paid to Holder or as otherwise set forth in the Loan Agreement.
Upon the revocation of such license, all Rents shall be paid directly to Holder and not through the Grantor, all without the necessity of any further action by Xxxxxx, including, without limitation, any action to obtain possession of the Land, Improvements or any other portion of the Property or any action for the appointment of a receiver.
If Holder seeks or obtains any judicial relief regarding Rents or Leases, the same shall in no way prevent the concurrent or subsequent employment of any other appropriate rights or remedies nor shall same constitute an election of judicial relief for any foreclosure or any other purpose.
As part of the consideration for the Indebtedness, Borrower absolutely and unconditionally pledges and transfers to Permanent Lender all Rents pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statutes 9:4401 et seq.
