Rental Income definition

Rental Income to mean the sum of (A) the total then ascertainable Rents payable under the Leases and (B) the total ascertainable amount of all other amounts to be received by Borrower from third parties which are the legal obligation of the tenants, reduced to the extent such amounts would not be received because of operating expenses not incurred during a period of non-occupancy of that portion of the Property then not being occupied;
Rental Income means the aggregate of all amounts payable to, or for the benefit or account of, the Borrower in connection with the letting or permitted third party occupation or use of the whole or any part of the Property including each of the following amounts:
Rental Income means all rent and other charges due from Tenants, from users of garage spaces, storage closets, parking charges, and from any other lessees of other non-dwelling facilities, if any, in the Project, from concessionaires in consequence of the authorized operation of facilities in the Project maintained primarily for the benefit of Tenants, and all other rental fees and other charges otherwise due Owner and collected by Manager with respect to the Project.

  • Tenant shall pay Landlord the Co-Location Rent, which shall be the greater of: (i) One Hundred percent (100%) of the Rental Income received from the first sublease of the Premises by a major wireless carrier (the “Anchor Co-locator”), or (ii) Fifty percent (50%) of the Rental Income received from all subleases of the Premises by subtenants (“Co-locators”).

  • In the event that any amount of Rental Income is received by Tenant in a month other than the month for which such Rental Income is due, Tenant will make appropriate adjustments in order to properly allocate such amounts to the proper month.

Rental Income means income derived by way of rent from the letting of any affected asset in respect of which an allowance has been granted to the lessor under section 11(e), 12B, 12C, 12DA or 37B(2)(a), whether in the current or any previous year of assessment, and includes any amount—
Rental Income means the rental income received by Borrower, as reasonably determined by Lender, for the three (3) month period of time in question from the tenant Leases of the Improvements which are then in effect (and as to which the tenants thereunder are in possession and paying rent, and are not in default) or any other income, if any, generated by Borrower’s ownership and operation of the Project.
