Registration Books definition

Registration Books means the records maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 2.08 for the registration and transfer of ownership of the Bonds.

Registration Books means the records maintained by the Paying Agent for the registration of ownership and registration of transfer of the Refunding Bonds under Section 2.08.
