Recall Period definition

Recall Period has the meaning set forth in Clause 8.

Recall Period means the period during which a Advertiser is able to Delay a Commission or Cancel a Commission;

Recall Period means the period that commences on the date of the issuance of the Acceptance Certificate and expires on the second anniversary thereof; however, in the event that any portion of the Design Build Work, including any Equipment, is repaired or replaced during the two year period following the issuance of the Acceptance Certificate, the Recall Period shall, in respect of that portion of the Work or Equipment, automatically recommence and extend for a further two year period which shall commence in relation to that portion of the Design Build Work or Equipment from the date the repair or replacement of the Design Build Work or Equipment is complete.
