Cure Period definition

Cure Period means the period specified in this Agreement for curing any breach or default of any provision of this Agreement by the Party responsible for such breach or default and shall:

Examples of Cure Period in a sentence

  • In the event such material breach has not been cured within the Cure Period, either party can terminate this Agreement by providing notice to the other party.

  • If VABB provides Customer with a Cure Period, VABB will send notice to Customer (i) detailing the specific breach and (ii) specifying the steps required to cure such breach.

  • VABB may immediately terminate this Agreement for cause without prior notice to Customer and without a Cure Period, if (a) Customer or any User breaches any of the provisions of this Agreement, and/or any provision of the Acceptable Use Policy; or (b) Customer becomes insolvent, executes an assignment for the benefit of its creditors, voluntarily files a petition in bankruptcy, or has a petition in bankruptcy filed against it under the United Sates bankruptcy laws.

  • VABB reserves the absolute discretion to not allow Customer a Cure Period.

  • If GTT is unable to resolve the Chronic Service Outage within the Cure Period, Client shall have the right to terminate the affected Service if Client provides written notice with respect to such termination to GTT within thirty (30) days following the Cure Period.
