PV System definition

PV System means a residentially hosted roof-top solar electric generating system, including photovoltaic panels, racks, wiring and other electrical devices, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, one or more inverters, remote monitoring systems, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices.

PV System means, a photovoltaic system, including Solar Photovoltaic Panels, Inverters, Racking Systems, wiring and other electrical devices, as applicable, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, remote monitoring equipment, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices (including any replacement or additional parts included from time to time).

PV System is defined in the Master EPC Agreement.

Examples of PV System in a sentence

• CVEC acknowledges and understands that Host reserves the right to grant additional leases, easements, or rights of way, whether recorded or unrecorded, as may be necessary, which do not unreasonably interfere with Host’s use of the Premises and the operation of the PV System.

• During the construction phase and operation of the PV System, including, but not limited to, all pre-construction activities, CVEC and its Developers or agents shall have access to the Premises on a 24-hour basis, seven days per week.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, CVEC and Host agree that the terms of any financing for CVEC’s purchase of the PV System will establish that Host shall have first priority over Financier in Host’s share of the Net Metering Credits received by CVEC for the amount of Net Energy generated by the PV System pursuant to this Agreement provided that the corresponding Net Energy payment has been made to, or otherwise received by, CVEC.

• The Leasehold Mortgage shall not contain any cross-collateralization or cross-default provisions relating to other loans of CVEC (or any subsidiary or Affiliate of CVEC) that are not incurred for the ownership, construction, maintenance, operation, repair or financing of the PV System.

• Host shall act expeditiously, cooperatively and in good faith in facilitating any amendments to this Agreement requested by Financier in connection with the financing of the PV System.

More Definitions of PV System

PV System. The photovoltaic solar electric generating project as more particularly described in Attachment A (Description of Generation, Conversion and Storage Facility).

PV System means the solar electric generating facility, including, but not limited to, the PV System Assets, which produces the Net Energy sold and purchased under the PPA as further identified in Exhibit B attached hereto. The PV System may (or may not include) a Battery Energy Storage System, as specified in Exhibit B.

PV System means the solar electric generating facility to be located at the Solar Garden Site, including the photovoltaic panels, inverter, output breakers, facilities necessary to connect to the Production Meter, protective and associated equipment, improvements, and other tangible assets, contract rights, easements, rights of way, surface use agreements and other interests or rights in real estate reasonably necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the electric generating facility that produces the Photovoltaic Energy subject to this Agreement.

PV System means a photovoltaic system, including photovoltaic panels, racks, wiring and other electrical devices, conduit, weatherproof housings, hardware, one or more inverters, remote monitoring equipment, connectors, meters, disconnects, over current devices and battery storage.

PV System means the integrated assembly of photovoltaic panels, parking canopy structures, mounting assemblies, inverters, converters, metering, lighting fixtures, transformers, ballasts, disconnects, combiners, switches, wiring devices and wiring, alterations, materials, spares, tools, supplies, equipment (as specified in the Project Manual) installed in or located at the Licensed Area for the purpose of generating Electricity for purchase by the Judicial Council under the SPPA.

PV System means the solar electric generating facility, including, but not limited to, the PV System Assets, which produces the Net Energy sold and purchased under this Agreement, as further identified in Exhibit B, attached hereto.

PV System means the photovoltaic panels selected by the Council for installation in the Property including mounting brackets and equipment, including inverters, meters, modems and wiring;
