Purchaser Closing Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 9.7 hereof.

More Definitions of Purchaser Closing Documents

Purchaser Closing Documents shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.4(b) herein.

Purchaser Closing Documents means all documents, agreements, instruments, certificates, leases and notices to be executed and delivered by Purchaser at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement (including, without limitation, the Supply Agreement).
