Ancillary Documents definition

Ancillary Documents means each agreement, instrument or document attached hereto as an Exhibit, and the other agreements, certificates and instruments to be executed or delivered by any of the Parties hereto in connection with or pursuant to this Agreement.
Ancillary Documents means all agreements, indentures, certificates (including the certificates, if any, representing the Offered Shares), officer’s certificates, notices and other documents executed and delivered, or to be executed and delivered, by the Company in connection with the Offering, whether pursuant to Applicable Securities Laws or otherwise;

More Definitions of Ancillary Documents

Ancillary Documents means this Agreement, the Subscription Agreements, the Registration Rights Agreement, the Sponsor Agreement, each Support Agreement, the Conversion Written Consent, the Acquiror Charter, the Acquiror Bylaws, each Letter of Transmittal and each other agreement, document, instrument and/or certificate contemplated by this Agreement to be executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
Ancillary Documents means, collectively, the Buyer Ancillary Documents and the Seller Ancillary Documents.
