Protected Individuals definition

Protected Individuals means the Department’s patients, or clients, or employees, former employees, their spouses, dependents, or other individuals whose protected information was provided by or on the Department’s behalf to Contractor or its subcontractors in connection with Contractor’s services under this Contract.
