Proposal Information definition

Proposal Information means the documents so designated in the ITP and submitted to the Department by the Proposer/Design-Builder in accordance with the ITP that will be included in the Contract Documents. The Proposal Information is part of the Quality Proposal.
Proposal Information means as to any business (other than nomination of persons for election to the Board) the Proposing Stockholder proposes to bring before a meeting of stockholders pursuant to Section 2.13:

More Definitions of Proposal Information

Proposal Information means the application for this Policy, together with any other information in whatever medium or form supplied by or on behalf of the Approved Person and the Named Business to the Insurer in connection with the underwriting of this Policy, save that Proposal Information shall not include information contained on any website unless the Insurer is provided with hard copy pages printed from such website by or on behalf of the Approved Person or the Named Business. Any reference in this Policy to any statute, order or rule are references to English statutes, orders and rules and shall (save where stated to the contrary in C. above) be deemed to include any amendment, consolidation or re-enactment from time to time.
Proposal Information means, at a minimum, a Pro Forma Budget and a narrative conceptual plan for the development (including a building skin description, a description of the systems to be contained in the building, number of parking spaces (identified by grade, subsurface, or deck parking), location, height, infrastructure and any other mitigations related to such development), and any unusual characteristics related to the site then known, together with an estimated timetable for development. Proposal Information means the documents so designated in the RFP Part 2 and/or the Call for BAFOs and submitted to the City by the Offeror/Core Systems Contractor in accordance with the RFP Part 2 and/or the Call for BAFOs that will be included in the Contract Documents at Award. The Proposal Information is part of the Technical Proposal.
Proposal Information means all information contained in a Proposal or which is disclosed by or through a Proponent to ONTARIO TECH during the evaluation of its Proposal or during the negotiations of any Resulting Contract; and any and all ideas, concepts, products, alternatives, processes, Page 1 of 21recommendations and suggestions developed by or through a Proponent and disclosed to or discovered by ONTARIO TECH.

In the event that Covance exercises its rights under the Covance Documents to require the Owner to develop and construct a Property, and there is a conflict between the Development Proposal requirements herein and the development proposal requirements in the Covance Documents (e.g., the pre-leasing requirement), the applicable provisions of the Covance Documents shall govern with respect to such conflicted matters only and the validity of any Development Proposal shall be adjusted to take into account such requirements under the Covance Documents. Additionally, offerors are advised that statements such as: “the offeror understands”, “the offeror has a long history of outstanding support”, “standard procedures shall be used”, “well known techniques shall be employed”, or any paraphrasing of the solicitation, shall be considered inadequate to demonstrate experience, knowledge of, or compliance with solicitation requirements. Offerors are encouraged to provide specific and concise information to validate all assertions. Amendments: The Government may revise the solicitation at any time by means of an Amendment. It is an offeror’s responsibility to ensure it is accessing the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website to view potential amendments and procurement notifications for this solicitation. Teaming Arrangements: Proposals must be submitted by one (1) prime contractor. An Offeror may be listed as a subcontractor in multiple proposals but may only submit one (1) proposal as a prime contractor with a unique Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and Taxpayer Identification Number. To be evaluated as a Joint Venture (JV), offerors must provide a notarized agreement (with the price proposal) delineating roles and responsibilities for all proposed work.
