Project Consultants definition

Project Consultants means all of Developer’s architects, engineers, and other consultants.

Project Consultants means the Design Firm, Specialty Consultants and such other third-party design firms, contractors, project managers and similar parties needed for the Development Analysis and the Concept Design of the Developments, and, for the avoidance of doubt, neither SeaWorld nor any of SeaWorld’s Affiliates shall be deemed to be a Project Consultant.

Project Consultants means any and all attorneys, professionals, managers and other consultants that are party to a Consulting Contract.

Examples of Project Consultants in a sentence

• The services to be performed hereunder shall be performed by the Project Consultant's and Sub-Consultant's own staff, unless otherwise approved by the Owner in writing.

• As a condition of payment, Project Consultant will submit with each invoice a copy of the approved schedule showing progress (indicated by percentage complete) as of the invoice cutoff date and a forecast of when each phase of Project Consultant's work will be complete.

• The Owner will furnish an electronic copy of Design and Material standards for the Project Consultant's use in developing designs and documentation for the project.

Project Consultants means the architect, mechanical and electrical engineer, structural engineer and other professional consultants engaged for the Building.
