For Sale or "For Rent" signs on the Leased Premises. Lessor and Lessor's representatives shall at all times while upon or about the Leased Premises observe and comply with Lessee's reasonable health and safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Lessor agrees to indemnify and hold Lessee, its successors, assigns, agents and employees from and against any liability, claims, demands, cause of action, suits and other litigation or judgements of every kind and character, including injury to or death of any person or persons, or trespass to, or damage to, or loss or destruction of, any property, whether real or personal, to the extent resulting from the negligence or willful misconduct or Lessor or Lessor's representatives while upon or about the Leased Premises.
Offer for Sale shall have the meaning given to such term in Recital (A); “Offer Price” shall have the meaning given to such term in Recital (A); “Offered Shares” shall have the meaning given to such term in Recital (A);
the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;
Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.
New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.
Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.
Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.
Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):
Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.
Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
Steel Products means products rolled, formed, shaped, drawn, extruded, forged, cast, fabricated or otherwise similarly processed, or processed by a combination of two or more or such operations, from steel made by the open heath, basic oxygen, electric furnace, Bessemer or other steel making process.
Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:
Manufacturing means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.
Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.
Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;
Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.
Inert ingredient means an ingredient which is not an active ingredient.
Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,
Sales Force means employees of Participating Affiliates whose primary employment responsibilities involve selling the products manufactured by Participating Affiliates.
Manufacture means the production of products in a factory using labour, materials, components and machinery and includes other related value-adding activities.
Excluded Products means the items described on the applicable restricted products per country, any other applicable Program Policy, or any other information made available to you by LINIO.
Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms and chosen by Enrolled Affiliate under this Enrollment.
processed products means goods placed under a processing procedure which have undergone processing operations;
Wholesaler means any person, other than a vintner, brewer or bottler of beer or wine, who shall sell, barter, exchange, offer for sale, have in possession with intent to sell, deal or traffic in alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer. A wholesaler shall not sell for consumption upon the premises.
