Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

Product Specific Terms means to separate descriptions, terms and conditions for certain non-regulated Products and Services. Product-specific Terms are incorporated into this Agreement as the Effective Date. Product-specific Terms are not otherwise subject to change during the Term.

If there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement, on the one hand, and the Product Specific Terms, on the other hand, then the Product Specific Terms will prevail in regard to the applicable SISW product, product group or specific use.

Product Specific Terms means those separate legal terms appended to this Agreement that apply to each Product purchased by Customer under this Agreement.

Product Specific Terms means the additional terms, conditions, or restrictions that apply to specific Products in connection with a Channel Authorization.
