In making requests under these arrangements, DIA (including the NTU) will have regard to the Recipient’s available resources and the competing demands on those resources. It is intended that such requests are made and considered by DIA, the NTU and the Recipient in a collaborative and co-operative manner with a view to achieving the Reform Objectives and ensuring the Recipient is able to continue to carry out its other functions and activities. The Recipient agrees to provide the collaboration and co-operation requested. If a council controlled organisation (CCO) of the Recipient is involved in the delivery of water services then the Recipient agrees to ensure that its CCO does the same.
